A lapsed Founding Pass becomes Free automatically. Nobody is ever locked out of their own diary because a plan ended — I think that would be a cruel way to run this.
The part most companies hide

These are my real costs, not rounded to look good: about ₹3.52 an Opus action, ₹2.11 a Sonnet action, ₹0.70 a Haiku action, at roughly 2,000 words in and 1,200 out. Move the slider and you can see exactly why the plans are shaped the way they are.
The number that decides everything
A free tier of five deep-brain actions a day would cost me about ₹528 per person per month. Twenty users and I'm paying more than a salary.
That single fact is why the free plan uses a smaller, faster brain, why the Founding Pass has a ceiling, and why the deepest model is sold as credits rather than given away.
It is not a growth trick. It is arithmetic.
What I will never do
- Sell your data. There is no version of this where that happens.
- Put ads inside your diary.
- Take affiliate commission on money advice.
- Hold your writing hostage behind a payment.
- Add a fee at the last screen that wasn't in the price.

What is one "AI action"?
One press of a button that thinks — a suggestion batch, a diary draft, a report, a plan, a question to the companion. Reading, writing, editing and everything else in the app is unlimited and always free.
What if I run out for the day?
Nothing breaks. The app carries on completely — only the thinking buttons wait until tomorrow. And if you stop the AI mid-thought, the action comes straight back to you.
Can I pay for one month and stop?
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation flow designed to trap you. One tap.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export everything first, in one tap, in a readable format. Then you delete the account and it is genuinely gone.
Why is there a marketplace at all?
Because it lets the app stay free. I would rather earn a margin when I genuinely save you eleven phone calls than charge you rent for your own diary.
Is my payment safe?
Payments run through Razorpay. Card details never touch my server.
